Six ways to earn
Creating an account, placing an order, buying specific products, following a link you provide, a date on the calendar, or filling in a detail you ask for.
Loyalty & rewards
Prizify runs a points programme on your storefront: shoppers join, complete the challenges you set, climb the tiers you define, and earn cashback paid straight into their Shopify store credit.
Installs from the Shopify App Store. Switch on the app embed and the widget appears on your storefront.
The problem
A code off the next purchase trains shoppers to wait for the next code. A programme rewards the behaviour you actually want, and keeps paying for itself.
A discount code that wins one order and teaches people to wait
Points that only pay out on the order after this one
A rewards page nobody navigates to
A widget on every storefront page, from a single app embed
Cashback promised in an email, then paid out by hand
Store credit issued automatically the moment the order lands
No idea which customers are worth keeping
Tier distribution, engagement and outstanding points on the dashboard
Features
Ways to earn, tiers to climb, and what each tier is worth. Everything else runs off your orders.
Creating an account, placing an order, buying specific products, following a link you provide, a date on the calendar, or filling in a detail you ask for.
Require a minimum order value or quantity, pick the exact products that count, or point at the page to follow. Points, start and end dates and how often it repeats are yours to set.
Each level has a points threshold and can carry a discount percentage, a cashback rate and a points multiplier. Levels archive and restore rather than disappear.
When a member's order comes in, their tier's percentage of the line-item total is credited to their Shopify store credit account — spendable at checkout, with no code to remember.
Give a level a discount percentage and Prizify creates a real Shopify discount code for it, then moves members onto it as they reach the tier.
Set the conversion once and the dashboard prices every outstanding point, alongside members, tier split, store credit issued and challenges completed.
How it works
One toggle in the theme editor puts the loyalty widget on your storefront. Nothing is written into your theme files.
Starter, Bronze and Silver arrive ready. Change the thresholds, add your own discounts, cashback rates and challenges.
Shoppers join from the widget, orders award points through the challenges you set, and tiers, discount codes and cashback update themselves.
Use cases
Points on every order, a tier that unlocks at a spend threshold, and a discount that comes with it.
Collect a member's birthday from the storefront and award a dated challenge when it comes round.
A challenge worth points for following the page you link to — one per network, each with its own value.
A challenge that only counts when the products you picked are in the order, with a minimum quantity or value attached.
A top level that pays a percentage of every order back as store credit, so the best customers keep spending it with you.
Publish your conversion rate and terms so members know exactly what a point is worth before they spend one.

Pricing
Shopify bills both with your store subscription, so there is no separate card to enter and nothing to cancel elsewhere. Both plans run the same programme today, one challenge included.
Free
The whole programme end to end: shoppers join from your storefront, earn points, climb tiers and get cashback. Free is a plan, not a trial — it does not expire.
$19/month
The paid tier on the App Store listing, starting with a 7-day free trial before anything is charged. It carries the same programme limits as the free plan in the current build, the one-challenge cap included, and is billed by Shopify alongside your store subscription.
FAQ
Yes. A shopper joins the programme from the widget once they are signed in, because points, tiers and cashback all attach to their Shopify customer record. The widget links to your store's register and login pages for anyone who is not.
As Shopify store credit. When a member's order comes in, their tier's cashback percentage of the line-item total is credited to their store credit account, which they can spend at checkout. There is no code to hand out and nothing for you to reconcile.
No. The storefront widget is an app embed you switch on in the theme editor. Nothing is written into your theme files, and switching it off removes it.
Creating an account, placing an order, buying specific products, following a link you provide, a date on the calendar such as a birthday, or giving you a detail you ask for. Each challenge carries its own points, dates, repeat limit and rules — a minimum order value or quantity, or the exact products that count.
They can. Give a level a discount percentage and Prizify creates a Shopify discount code for it, then moves members onto that code as they reach the level. A level can also carry a cashback rate and a points multiplier, and any combination of the three.
No. Free is a plan and it does not expire. Plus is $19 a month and starts with a 7-day free trial, but in the current build it lifts nothing: both plans run one challenge at a time, and the tiers, discount codes and cashback are the same on either. Both are billed by Shopify with your store subscription, and you change or cancel either from your Shopify admin.
Free plan, no theme code, and members can join the day you switch it on.
